On July 11, 2005, the Cimage Novasoft USA HQ will relocate from Burlington, MA to Houston, TX.

This relocation is part of our Group's overall Global strategy, and our aim is to concentrate our resources to serve our customers better and drive future business expansion. Our customers will gain from this relocation on several fronts:

Proximity: At a time when distance is not supposed to count, we still believe our clients will benefit from being able to reach our employees quickly. With the balance of our markets in the South, we felt it important to focus more resources in this area. The Houston office is located centrally to our East and West coast customers, and complements our existing facilities in New York, Ohio, and Los Angeles.

Market: Cimage NovaSoft has a long history of success in the Energy market. Houston is a fertile ground for our expanding offers in the areas of Oil & Gas, Utilities and Power. When Cimage NovaSoft joined Sword Group in July 2004, important investments were committed to enhance and develop new products. We believe a new presence in Houston will allow us to capitalize on these investments in the Energy market. Cimage NovaSoft will also continue its focus on markets such as Life Sciences, Government and Manufacturing.

Resilience: A company close to its market will grow, ensuring its future and underwriting our customers' investments.

The help desk will be available during the transition from Boston to Houston. Customers should continue to use the existing 1-800-434-NOVA number to contact our customer support group.  More information about the new Houston office will be issued soon.
